Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FastMekanik marketplace services, including customer bookings, provider listings, scheduling, and service records.
1. Platform Role
FastMekanik provides a platform that connects customers and independent service providers. Actual repair work is performed by providers, not by FastMekanik as a direct repair shop, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate profile and contact details.
- You are responsible for account activity under your login.
- FastMekanik may suspend or restrict accounts that violate safety, trust, or abuse rules.
3. Bookings, Schedules, and Statuses
- Requests are subject to provider acceptance, schedule availability, and platform checks.
- Users should provide accurate service location, vehicle details, and issue description.
- Status labels (for example scheduled, in progress, completed, cancelled, expired, schedule missed) reflect system state and provider/customer actions.
4. Provider Conduct and Penalties
- Providers are expected to attend accepted schedules on time and perform professional work.
- Missed schedules may trigger warnings, reduced discovery visibility, temporary restrictions, or account deactivation based on platform rules.
- Deactivated accounts may request review/interview for possible reactivation.
5. Pricing, Additional Services, and Records
- Rates and additional service entries are recorded in-app for transparency.
- Parts/items replaced and job notes may be stored as part of service history.
- Users are responsible for validating final amounts before marking jobs complete.
6. Reviews and Content
- Reviews must be based on real service experience and must not be abusive or deceptive.
- FastMekanik may remove content that violates laws, rights, or platform policies.
7. Liability and Disputes
FastMekanik works to improve trust and transparency but cannot guarantee every service outcome. To the extent permitted by law, platform liability is limited to direct losses caused by our own proven breach of these Terms.
8. Changes and Contact
